That includes Carrefour, Fnac, El Corte Inglés and Día supermarkets, as well as tobacconists and petrol stations — the kind of retail footprint that puts a crypto onramp within walking distance of most people in Spain.

Two groups benefit in ways no online platform serves. Cash buyers — people who are unbanked, underbanked, or who simply prefer not to route a purchase through a card — get a route into crypto that requires nothing but a shop and a note. Regulation and KYC

Bitnovo operates under European and Spanish rules through PRESSBROKERS S.L., and holds a PSAN registration with the French AMF under reference E2023-102. Account creation involves a registration process that complies with European anti-money-laundering requirements.

Practically, that means this is not a no-KYC product in the way Azteco is. You will create an account, and EU AML thresholds apply.
