One address for everything. We read every message and we genuinely want corrections — this market changes faster than any publishing schedule.
We aim to reply to substantive messages within a few working days. Corrections get priority over everything else.
What to write about
Corrections and factual errors
The most useful message you can send. Fees move, brands go out of stock, promotions close, and country lists change quietly. If a figure on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us — and if you can, include:
- The page URL
- What we said, and what the correct position is
- Where you saw the correct position — a link, or a screenshot
We will check it, correct it, and update the review date on the page. We do not remove corrections quietly or pretend a page always said the right thing.
Questions about buying or redeeming
Happy to help where we can, with one firm limit: we cannot tell you what to buy, whether an asset is a good investment, or what will happen to a price. We are not licensed to and we would be guessing.
Before writing, it is worth checking whether the answer is already on the site — the three questions we receive most often are covered in detail:
- Will this card work for my recipient? — the region-lock guide
- My code was rejected, what now? — the redemption guide
- Am I being overcharged? — the 60-second rate check
Commercial enquiries
Use the same address and say plainly what you are proposing. To save time, three things are not available at any price:
Not for sale
- Ratings and placements. We do not sell a score, an ordering, or a position in a comparison table.
- Removal of warnings. If a platform has a security incident, a wide spread or a restrictive term, it stays on the page.
- Undisclosed content. Anything commercial is labelled as such. We will not publish paid content that reads as editorial.
What is available: ordinary affiliate relationships on the same terms as everyone else, disclosed on every page. The mechanics are in our editorial policy.
Complaints
About us, use the address above. About a platform we linked to, please also raise it with them directly and with their regulator — we have no authority over any operator and cannot recover funds, but we do want to know, because a pattern of complaints changes what we publish about them.
If you have been scammed
We cannot help directly, and here is the sequence that gives you the best chance — in order, and quickly, because speed is the only lever that exists.
- Contact the issuer or platform immediately, with your purchase receipt. An unspent balance can occasionally be frozen. Once a code is redeemed it is almost never recoverable.
- Stop all contact with the other party. Do not send anything further. A second request is always coming.
- Report it. In the US, the FTC; elsewhere, your national consumer protection or cybercrime body. Reporting rarely recovers money and it does feed the data that shuts these operations down.
- If you shared a seed phrase or private key, move every asset in that wallet to a brand-new one now. That wallet is permanently compromised.
- Ignore anybody who offers to recover your funds for a fee. Without exception, this is a second scam targeting people who have already lost money once.
The patterns and the warning signs are catalogued in crypto gift card scams.
